Its purpose is to inspire and guide the reader in creating their own paper notebooks while providing detailed insights into the research process, the questions, and the discoveries. 

This book invites readers to become active makers, encouraging them to participate in the act of making notebooks and challenging traditional consumption practices. By creating their own tools, readers gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their needs, and the objects they use. 

The content, consisting of texts, images, and notes from the research, is spread across 128 cards connected by a spine. While they can be read as a continuous flow, each card is designed to stand alone. They can be read separately or organised into categories based on the reader’s interests. To help navigate the publication, various colors have been employed to categorise the materials into different sections.
