TERMS AND CONTIDIONS 

SHIPPING POLICY 

We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible within 1 to 2 weeks. If we do not meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you.  

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are:  

€ 4.50 for orders that fit through the letterbox  

€ 6.75 for orders sent as a package  

Delivery is arranged via POST NL. We will send a Track & Trace code when the order is shipped. 

RIGHT OF RETURN  

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After the cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount minus any shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for the account of the customer. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned in the original condition and packaging. The product must not have been used. To exercise this right, you can contact us and request a withdrawal form via vetgedrukt@tentrotterdam.nl  

We will then refund the order amount due within 30 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
