WHY I QUIT MY JOB AND WHY IT TOOK ME TWO YEARS / BENTE BAK

This visual book is about a two-year struggle working for a charismatic but toxic boss. Bente Bak was a junior who wrestled with self-confidence and showed signs of burnout. Eventually, she found the courage to leave this job. During this turbulent period, she started drawing.  This visual reflection helped her understand what was happening and cope. The 45 illustrations in this book are a selection of those sketches, made during her commute on the train.
