MAKTUB / MICHELLE PIERGOELAM
Photographer Michelle Piergoelam released the book 'Maktub' in 2022. Maktub means "it is written" in Arabic. Michelle: “The project is about a recurring dream my grandmother had. A dream about signs in life. Dreams tell the stories that are forgotten during the day. Something that happens at night can be gone the next morning. In this project, photographer Michelle Piergoelam went in search of the meaning of her grandmother's dream.
