RUINS / KATTA RASCHE

RUINS is a testimony of the present, curated and contextualised in a speculative post-future archaeological scenario. The ruins introduce anno 2020 through the experiences of a group of 50 artists who researched and translated varied topics into ruins; a collection excavated and interpreted by said post-future society. 
This publication was produced by the minor Visual Culture(s) at the Willem de Kooning Academy and guest edited by the Ansible Institute. It was published in February 2021 and contains the works of 50 students who chose different methods for preserving and presenting their research on topics of current social matter.
